Order Status

To check the status of your most recent online orders, please log on to your RO account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your RO orders. Note: Please allow one (1) working day for your recent order to appear on your order history. If your order was placed offline (phone order), please send your order status inquiry to

Delivery of Your Items

Delivery of your in-stock items may take 2 to 5 business days upon receipt of your order confirmation from RO, depending on the destination and shipping method. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding RO holidays. Please see RO holiday schedule on Contact RO page. Items not currently in-stock will ship when they become available.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Once you have received an online order confirmation from RO, you will not be able to make any changes online using your account. If your order has not been shipped, you may send your change or cancel request via email to and we will make the necessary changes and provide you with a confirmation.

Email Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from RO.

Below are examples of e-mail confirmation you may receive:

  • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order is received and will be processed immediately.
  • Pre-Order/Backorder Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order is received and will include the expected ship date.
  • Process Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order is processed and is forwarded to fulfillment for labeling and shipping.
  • Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • Questions Regarding your RO Order. This e-mail confirms that we are having difficulty in processing your order and will include additional information needed to complete your order.
  • Return Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.


By creating an account on RO web site, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Simply click My Account or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. Your personal account offers you a safe and convenient way to place and track your order.

Note: When creating your RO account, you will be asked of your date of birth. Your date of birth is required because you must be at least 18 years or older to create an account and purchase products from RO.


When you add an item to your cart that is currently on backorder, the following message will be displayed: This product is not available in the requested quantity. X number of items will be backordered. You may update or delete and proceed to checkout.

Once backorder/pre-order item(s) are added to your shopping cart, a valid form of payment will be required to reserve the item(s). Credit cards will be pre-authorized at the time of purchase and will subsequently be charged at the time of shipment.

Cancellation of orders on backorder is subject to 15% cancellation fee.

You will be notified via e-mail of the estimated availability. Backorder/pre-order dates are approximate, and while RO makes every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they are subject to change. In the event that the expected ship dates of your item(s) changes, RO will inform you of the change.

In the event that you choose to purchase an in-stock item(s) and a backorder/pre-order item(s), shipping costs will be assessed based on the entire order total and charged at the time of the initial shipment. Once your backorder/pre-order item(s) become available, they will be shipped via standard ground with no additional shipping and handling charges.

Delivery and Shipping

RO can only ship your order and currently do not offer local pick up.

RO products are delivered by UPS (United Parcel Service). In some cases, we may use FedEx (Federal Express) or USPS (United States Parcel Service). These carriers deliver ordered products directly to your door.

Products must be shipped to a physical address. Orders will not be processed and shipped to a P.O. Box address. If you are not available to receive your order and/or the delivery is refused, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All shipping methods include insurance and handling fees. Shipping carrier will deliver and leave your package at your door without obtaining a signature. For packages that do require a signature, shipping carrier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address multiple times. RO is not responsible for additional fees if you are not available to receive your package.

In some cases, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment centers. Backordered items may take longer to be shipped. In the event we anticipate a delay with your order, you will be notified immediately via e-mail.

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability and shipping backlog. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Note: The estimated date of arrival is based on shipper standard delivery times. RO and its shipping carriers are not responsible for delays caused by weather or any other possible shipping related delays.

Credit Card Billing and Shipping Address

RO continues to implement new checking methods, algorithms, and technology to detect fraudulent orders. RO take credit card fraud very seriously and report all fraud to one or more of the appropriate enforcement agencies: Law Enforcement, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In order to protect RO customers from credit card fraud, the billing address and zip code on your order, must match what you have on file with the bank that has issued your credit card. If it does not match, your order will be declined.

If you specify a shipping address which differs from the credit card's actual billing address, (for example your work address, a gift to someone, etc..) you'll need to contact your credit card company and request to add an “Alternate Shipping Address.” This will not change your actual billing address; it will only add an authorized shipping address to the account.

Please be advised that your order will experience a slight delay due to additional verification procedures with your credit card company will be taken to ensure that the order received has not been obtained from an unauthorized credit card.

Failure to follow this policy will significantly delay or cancel your order. If we have any problems processing your order, we will contact you via email. RO reserves the right to reject any order at any time if fraud is suspected and reliable payment cannot be assured.

Return and Refund Policy

Shop with confidence: We believe in our products and partners who make them 100%. We are very confident that you’ll be satisfied with the products we sell; we back everything we sell with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back for an exchange or a refund. It’s that easy.

You must return your item(s) within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. If you exchange or return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or a result of our error, you will receive a replacement or refund including shipping charges. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges are Non-Refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

If you did not receive your package (i.e. lost in shipment) or item was damaged in shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. You must notify us within ten (10) days from the invoice date. We will refund payment or replace item (s) upon the successful completion of the claim with carrier. RO, however, does not represent or guarantee that the carrier will accept any and all claims. Any such refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier terms and conditions. RO is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments.

Non-Returnable Items are products that were:

-     previously installed/assembled, put-together, and/or used.

-     missing original box, packaging material contents, accessories, manuals, components.

-     damaged caused by buyer.

Note: Ammunition and Clearance items are Non-Returnable; all sales are final. RO inspects all returned items and reserves the right to refuse Non-Returnable Items. In the event a customer ships a Non-Returnable Item to RO, the item will be shipped back to the customer and additional shipping charges will apply.

Once your return request has been processed and approved, your refund will be credited to the original credit card. Tax amount paid will be included with your refund. It may take up to four (4) weeks for the refund amount to reflect on your credit card statement. If the item was purchased with cash, debit or a check, the refund will be in the form of a mail check mailed within ten (10) business days of the return.

Return Procedure

All returns must comply with RO Return and Refund policy.

To return or exchange your item(s) purchased from RO, you must first completely fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Click here to go directly to the RMA form. Once submitted and approved, you will shortly receive an e-mail confirmation with the RMA number, shipping label (if applicable), and instructions.
