Is a product in-stock?
If an item you choose to purchase can be added to cart, the item is in stock. In the event the quantity is insufficient, you will be notified of the stock status at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer local pick up due to our warehouse is not open to public.
How do I place an order for items that are not listed on RO website?
Click here and complete the offline order form. We will find the item and provide you with a quote.
How do I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Please send your change order request to customersupport@rifleoutfit.com. We will make the necessary changes and communicate those changes with you. Once you have received an online order confirmation (processed and shipped) from RO, you will not be able to make any changes.
How can I return a purchase?
To return or exchange your item(s) purchased from RO, you must first completely fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Click here to go directly to the RMA form. Once submitted and approved, you will shortly receive an e-mail confirmation with the RMA number, shipping label (if applicable), and instructions.
